Effortless To Use:
Each wax melt clamshell weighs approximately 100g and includes six convenient segments. Burn time varies with your burner and environment, but testing shows that 10g of wax in a tealight burner provides around 8–12 hours of fragrance (2–3 four-hour tealights). Electric warmers deliver longer, more consistent scent release—typically lasting 1–2 days of continuous use. For optimal fragrance and longevity, we recommend a 40-watt bulb, as lower wattages may not generate enough heat to fully release the scent.

We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. To qualify, items must be returned in unused condition. Please note that minor cracking or breakage during transit may occur; this does not affect product performance and is therefore not covered by the guarantee.
Returns:

- Return postage is your responsibility (tracked service recommended).
- Items must be securely packaged.
- Email proof of postage once sent.
Refunds:
- Processed within 5 working days after inspection to the original payment method (refunds go to the original buyer if it was a gift).

Shipping Options
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using your selected service, and the estimated delivery times provided by Royal Mail apply once your order has been dispatched by us. Our dispatch process usually takes up to 3 working days, but during peak periods or holidays, it may occasionally be longer. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–2:30pm. Orders are dispatched during these times only.
