We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. To qualify, items must be lightly used (test spray acceptable), in original condition and packaging.
Exclusions: 5ml samples, sale items, gift cards, free promotional items (unless returned unused with the order). Bundles and promotional sets (e.g., “Buy X, Get X Free”) must be returned in full.
Damaged Orders: Email support@scentedit.co.uk with your order number, shipping address, and a photo of the damage.
Returns:

- Return postage is your responsibility (tracked service recommended).
- Items must be securely packaged.
- Email proof of postage once sent.
Refunds:
- Processed within 5 working days after inspection to the original payment method (refunds go to the original buyer if it was a gift).

Shipping Options
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using your selected service, and the estimated delivery times provided by Royal Mail apply once your order has been dispatched by us. Our dispatch process usually takes up to 3 working days, but during peak periods or holidays, it may occasionally be longer. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–2:30pm. Orders are dispatched during these times only.
